1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SIA Wellif.ai platform.
1.2. The owner of the Platform is SIA Wellif.ai, registration No. 40203549389, registered address: Kungu iela 30/34-7, Liepāja, LV-3401.
1.3. By using the Platform, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
2.1. The Platform provides a digital environment for recording training and health data.
2.2. The Platform is not a medical device and does not perform medical diagnostics, establish diagnoses, or provide medical treatment services.
2.3. The Platform does not replace consultation with a healthcare professional.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
3.2. It is prohibited to enter unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
3.3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the Platform is prohibited.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1. The Platform is provided “as is”.
4.2. Wellif.ai shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of the Platform.
4.3. Wellif.ai shall not be liable for any deterioration in health or injuries.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All rights to the Platform belong to SIA Wellif.ai.

6. GOVERNING LAW
6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
